Why Gold Key

Your boat deserves a home, not a parking space.

Boat + Trailer, Together.

The only storage concept where your boat stays on its own trailer, indoors — so you’re never locked to one launch point.

Launch Anywhere — or Let Us.

Tow to any ramp in Florida, or have our concierge team launch and retrieve for you.

Built for Hurricanes.

Inland, enclosed, engineered for Florida storms. Your boat rides out the season indoors — not on a lift, not in a yard.

A Club, Not a Warehouse.

Wash-downs, engine flushes, maintenance, and the Key Club — a community of Sarasota boaters. 24/7 access.

50,500 registered boats in
Sarasota–Manatee
~7,500 commercial slips
and racks

Where we’re building

Butler Avenue, Sarasota — across from the Wawa.

Just north of Myrtle Street, off Washington Boulevard (US‑301). Inland and off the water, so your boat rides out the season indoors — and it’s a straight tow from here to any ramp on the coast.
