Racked clean. Racked dry. Every time.

Every return includes a salt-removal wash, engine flush and boat-and-trailer inspection, with findings sent to SPLASH.

  • Arrival photos, a salt-removal arch and chassis jets for the trailer.
  • Manufacturer-approved engine flushing and a spot-free reverse-osmosis rinse.
  • A contained wash bay reclaims and treats water for reuse.

Routine post-use care is not a mechanical inspection, warranty or guarantee against corrosion. Optional premium engine care is separate.

Protection / Storm Shield

A plan before the storm has a name.

Keep your boat on the waterfront and reserve short-term inland shelter for hurricane season.

  • Planned capacity: up to 100 indoor storm spaces for boats or RVs.
  • Up to one week before and one week after each storm, within assigned windows.
  • Boat Valet pickup may be arranged, subject to staffing and weather.

Storm Shield is not insurance or seasonal storage. An activation fee may apply. Intake stops when unsafe; no owner access during emergency operations.

Convenience / SPLASH member app

Your boat. Your schedule. Your phone.

Plan pickups, book Valet, arrange access for your own mechanic and keep boat reports, billing and documents together.

  • Manage payments, insurance documents, club news and storm alerts.

SPLASH features are planned and may change before launch. Boat maintenance is provided by owner-selected independent providers.

Protection / Trailer-on-rack storage

Your boat stays on its own trailer.

The trailer goes on the rack, so the forklift never touches your hull. Boat and trailer stay together at no added storage cost.

  • Planned accommodation for boats up to 50 feet LOA, with beams up to 10 feet.
  • Fully enclosed racks and aisles, with adjustable rack heights.
  • 60 separate outdoor trailer spaces for owners who keep their boat elsewhere.

Community / The Key Club

The best part is who you go with.

A member-governed social club for boaters and RV owners, built around trips, rallies and time together.

  • Members help choose destinations, events and the calendar.
  • Cruising days, RV rallies, dockside socials and hands-on workshops.
  • Modest dues, with no dining-room minimums; storage is not required.

Club membership is separate from storage, subject to application and approval, and confers no ownership in GoldKey Boathouse LLC.

Convenience / GoldKey Valet

Just show up and go boating.

We tow and launch your boat at a designated ramp, return the trailer to the boathouse, then retrieve your boat when you are done.

  • Centennial Park Boat Ramp is the planned standard drop-off.
  • Request fuel, ice or a ride along from the boathouse.

Subject to scheduling, weather and ramp conditions. Fuel, ice and other add-ons are billed separately. Valet is not available for RVs.

87 planned ground-floor RV spaces, with wash and inspection on return and the convenience of keeping your boat and RV under one roof.

Stewardship / A clean inland marina

Boat storage, washing and routine care move inland into a controlled facility with captured wash water and no fuel dispensing on site.

GoldKey Boathouse is under development in Sarasota County. Features, services and programs described are planned and may change. No storage facility can guarantee against storm damage. Clean Marina designation has not yet been awarded. The Key Club is an independent, member-governed organization.
